Please fill out our online questionnaire and send it back to us. You can give us your preferred dates for booking on this form, and we will get back to you with confirmations of availability. Your booking will be held on a provisional basis while you check into flights and other logistics. Once confirmed, your invoice will be issued. We expect a 50% deposit to be paid within 14 days of booking. The balance of the safari payment should be made at least 60 days prior to the Horse Safari. This may be paid by Telegraphic Transfer or Visa/Master Card (Credit Card).
